CATCH Trust’s Women’s Empowerment Programme Begins Year Two with Enthusiasm

February 24th, 2024: The CATCH Trust kicked off the second year of its Women’s Empowerment Programme with a burst of energy and enthusiasm. The day commenced with a lively dance-off among the participants, setting the tone for a day filled with inspiration and empowerment.

A highlight of the event was the keynote address delivered by Ms. Yandiswa Mangele, a former beneficiary of the CATCH Trust who has since risen to prominence as a player for Western Province Senior Ladies. Ms. Mangele shared her personal journey, offering insights into the challenges she faced and the determination that propelled her towards success.

Her moving and powerful talk resonated deeply with the girls, instilling them with a sense of possibility and resilience. Throughout the day, participants engaged in a variety of activities aimed at fostering personal growth and empowerment.
