We were thrilled to kick off the 2024/2025 season on October 11th with a day brimming with energy, competition, and community! The season launch was packed with highlights, starting with an exhilarating T10 showdown between our CATCH Trust teams: the Lions and Blitz. CATCH Lions set the bar high with a solid 88 in the first innings, but it was Unathi Magoloza’s explosive 63* off only 20 balls that led CATCH Blitz to a triumphant 7-wicket victory. His incredible knock left the crowd buzzing and set an electrifying tone for the season ahead!
Alongside the boys, our Senior Youth Girls made the most of their time in the indoor nets, where they demonstrated their growing skillset and absorbed valuable guidance from the Western Province Senior Ladies Representatives. This session was a perfect blend of mentorship and hands-on practice, helping our young athletes gain confidence and insights to elevate their game.
